This program will concentrate on increasing speed, balance, power, agility, and quickness by using a myriad of different training tools and exercises. Younger athletes will be taught the basics and fundamentals before advancing into the full scale programs which involve weight training as well as resistance and speed training. More advanced and older Athletes will experience the full “AE” workout in their first week.
This program is offered to individuals looking to increase their overall health and fitness levels. We help clients improve and decrease their body fat and tone for a more dense muscle mass. These sessions are made up of both weight training and cardiovascular training and typically last 30 minutes. We require anyone that participates in this program to schedule a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Our program also includes diet and nutrition counseling.
